The ending completely changed how I see this drama. Ho may still love Mi-do, but love doesn't mean he cannot be physically intimate with another woman. The motel revelation proves that. He can kiss Soo-ah, sleep with her, and move away from Mi-do, even if emotionally, letting her go will be difficult. What makes me frustrated is how unfairly he treated Mi-do, especially when he himself had a past he never disclosed. Yet the finale barely gives Mi-do and Tae-seung the emotional intimacy and future they deserve. I wanted to see them build a life together, not just a beautiful ending that leaves their relationship feeling unfinished.

It makes me wonder whether we are supposed to understand that Ho can separate physical intimacy from emotional attachment. Perhaps he can kiss and sleep with Soo-ah, even build a life with her, while never truly stopping loving Mi-do. He may move on physically, but emotionally, it will be mu

Honestly, I was already rooting for Mi-do and Tae-seung, even before the motel revelation. But that revelation completely changed how I viewed Ho and his supposedly unwavering devotion to Mi-do.
Ho slept with another woman when Mi-do broke up with him, despite apparently still being in love with her. He never told Mi-do about it even after they got back together, yet he was deeply hurt when Mi-do kissed Tae-seung during a period when their relationship was already struggling. I know the circumstances were different, but the double standard is difficult to ignore.
What makes this revelation particularly significant is that the writer deliberately brought it up in the final act, not once but twice.
