The kids (5 and 7) enjoyed every minute of it. Lots of adventure, but not too scary.

1000x better than the original... didn't even know for the longest time that there was one before this... watched it and found it had nothing on Rescuers Down Under. Engaging and just overall hilariously fun.

This film is one of my all time favorite Disney flicks! Animation is absolutely gorgeous, characters are lovable, The villain is awesome. Definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it!

As a child this used to be one of my favourite movies.I have just started watching it again now that I have a young son and I still can appreciate what a wonderful film it is. This movie contrubed hugely to my love for animals. The main message it sends is protecting animals, which applies even in today's world. The destruction our society is causing to the environment is personified in the horribly perfect evil villain McLeach. I love the perseverance of the little boy Cody and how much he cares for all his animal friends. The last thing have to mention is how beautiful the musical score is. There are moments that are so touching in the music that brings tears to my eyes. All in all, this film has it all: adventure, suspense, tender loving moments between characters, a great villain, and a memorable story with beautiful music. I highly recommend this underrated classic to both children and adults.

The best Disney film I've seen.For me Frank the frilled Lizard was the best charecter and is my favorite Disney charecter! I really liked the animation and the voices really suited the charecters.

I have never been a fan of the original. The slow pace and animation never set with me. But have love this one most of my life. The animation is clean, the early yse of CGI holds up almost 30 yrs later. The cast is fantastic, Eva, Bob Hope and John Candy delivered great preformances. The story is told beautifully and does not feel as dated as other movies from the early 90's. I watched this fondly both as a kid and later as an adult with my kids.

So I'm reading lots of people praising this movie in all kinds of different ways which is fair enough, the only thing i don't understand is ... are people just voting a high score based off their nostalgia. This film isn't a bad film. The animation is cute and the voice acting is good. My personal reasons why it deserves a low score is due to the actual plot.. I know it's classed as a children's film but i was actually struggling to understand what was going on.. of course i understand the main plot of the film but i felt like i was missing 30 mins of the film.. that being said there was nothing important i was missing out on, Overall i believe it was a just below average film. I would recommend the original film
